Our Active Committees
TCBA Luncheon Committee
This committee plans and executes our routine educational luncheons. Members work together to identify timely industry topics, secure engaging guest speakers, and ensure our events deliver practical insights tailored to today's evolving banking environment.
- Key Focus: Event planning, speaker outreach, and educational program development.
Community Outreach Committee
This Committee is responsible for developing and fostering community involvement. Community outreach will support local organizations that provide financial education and/or support community development organizations that have a mission consistent with the Association purposes.
- Key Focus: To connect community organizations with the banking industry.
TCBA Golf Classic Committee
This Committee is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of our primary fundraiser of the Association under the guidance and approval of the Board.
- Key Focus: Sponsor relations, brand alignment, and local communications.

This vital committee manages our strategic connections with regional academic programs, including Texas Wesleyan University (TXWES) and the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). Volunteers coordinate student internships, organize recruiting opportunities, and facilitate industry panels to support the future banking workforce.
- Key Focus: Student outreach, internship facilitation, and university panels.
